When we go through sore troubles, and we are trusting and believing God’s Word, we learn that the promises are really true for us.

SUNBURST-PIC

Good morning,

Psalm 71:20-21; "You have allowed me to suffer much hardship, but you will restore me to life again and lift me up from the depths of the earth.  You will restore me to even greater honor and comfort me once again."  Suffer, hardship, troubles, these are words that we would rather not hear in the Christian community.  Yet God reminds us that these things are allowed in our lives, in seasons for a higher reason.  This verse in the King James translation says, "Thou, which has shown me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me again from the depths of the earth." [vs.20]   Great troubles means huge, increased, and many.  Sore troubles means adversity, affliction, calamity, displeasure grievous, sorrow and trouble.  That is just to name a few.  Why?  Why are we allowed to go through troubles and hardships?  Let's see what the Psalmist writes.  "Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word." (Psalm 119:67) "It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statues.' (Psalm 119:71) When we go through sore troubles, and we are trusting and believing God's Word, we learn that the promises are really true for us.  We have experience to go with our faith.  It is no longer the pastor's, the evangelist's, the teacher's or anyone else's testimony, it becomes your own.  You have seen the true and living God come to your aid, watch over His Word and perform it on your behalf.  The Word that you refused to let go of, that faithful promise you stood on.  When all else that you trusted in proves that it is unstable, unfaithful, not lasting, and undependable, then you are left to see God's Word will prove itself. "Faithful and absolutely trustworthy is He who is calling you {to himself for your salvation}, and He will do it {He will fulfill His call by making you holy, guarding you, watching over you, and protecting you as His own}." (1 Thess. 5:24)
Look at the power and the benefit of trusting God's Word.  "…you will restore me [quicken me] to life again and lift me up from the depths of the earth."  Quicken is to make alive, nourish up, to recover, repair, to restore and to revive and to preserve to life again.  Restore means to give back, to make restitution, to rebuild, to bring back to a healthy state, to make amends or compensation for, to replace in a former state of favor and grace.  After we have withstood, we then inherit the promise and receive greater honor. " Blessed [happy, spiritually prosperous, favored by God] is the man who is steadfast under trial and perseveres when tempted; for when he has passed the test and been approved, he will receive the [victor's] crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him." (James 1:12) God, our Father delights to lift us up from the deepest abyss of life and bring us up to the greatest place of honor.  He did it with David, Abraham, Esther, Joseph, Ruth, Gideon, Moses, Daniel, the three Hebrew boys, the list goes on and on.  When all of our dependency is in Him, not in us or the arm of flesh, stand and see the salvation of the Lord.  Salvation means, something saved, deliverance, aid, victory, prosperity, health and help.  He wants our Source to be Him, for all of His rewards are with Him.  Get ready then to be brought up from the places of the abyss and be revived, rebuilt, quickened, brought back to live, really live.  Greater grace, greater favor, greater amends and compensation.  That first burst of sunlight is awesome, train your eyes to see greater distances.  We are rising to new heights in Christ.  We have learned through our afflictions that our God is a mighty deliverer and restorer!!!

Good morning,

This is a love story, My children.  I Am the beginning and the end and it is good for you My love.  I Am loving you with an everlasting love.  I have called you before you were ever known and I already approved of you.  I have gone ahead of you to make the way for you easier, if you will just follow Me.  This is a love story My children of how much I love you.  It is exhausted in My endless works and miracles that I perform in your life.  This is My love story for you My children and I have never stopped loving you and I will never stop loving you and caring for every care that concerns your heart and mind.  I will never stop loving you, this is a love story My children and it is good.  For I am a great lover, I am a great lover and I know how to love you and I know how to love you good and I will always love you.  This is a love story.
Just like Joseph, as he went through many tests, trials, and tribulations but I never stopped loving him. My purpose and My plan for him never altered or changed no matter what he went through.  I called him, I anointed him, I appointed him and I brought him through and I set him at the seat of kings.  I made him the head in authority in a place and a land that was unknown to him and his people, but I raised him up because he never ceased to praise Me and to worship Me even in the deepest, darkest place.  My praise remained on his lips and because of that My children I raised Joseph up and I Am saying to you, as you continue to praise Me no matter where you are know that I Am exalting you.  I Am raising you up to the seat of kings.  I will lift your head up high above your enemies and people will know that I placed My hand upon you and My anointing covers and surrounds you.  I Am in love with you, My purpose and My plan for you never changes.  I knew you before you were formed in your mother's womb and even then I said blessed, you shall be blessed, you shall be seated in high places.  That is My call upon you.  No matter where you are right now, know that the end is good.  I have written it in My word and My end for you is good.  This is our love story.
"The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee." (Jer. 31:3)
"And He raised us up together with Him [when we believed], and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, [because we are] in Christ Jesus," (Ephes. 2:6)
"You have searched me, Lord, and you know me.  You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.  You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways)" (Psalms 139:1-3)

Good morning,

I Am calling once again for you to walk in child like faith, simply believing what I have spoken over you, in you, and for your life.  And as you have that childlike faith, says the Spirit of grace and mercy, doors, new doors, fresh doors that you did not even see will swing wide for you.  These are doors of faith and favor!  Now that you have established a childlike faith, you will have eyes that see beyond what you are going through, you will see these doors and you will no longer have to kick doors down.
Understand, says the Lord, those who have warred and fought in the Spirit and stood and resisted no matter what went on in their life and believed My Word, their doors will come crumbling  down.  It will be as when Joshua fought the war at Jericho and those walls came tumbling down, doors shall come tumbling down before you, and fresh new insight and wisdom are before the threshold of these doors.  Now you have heightened sensitivity in the Spirit so that you hear Me, and know Me in a deeper way.  You will begin to discern the moves, and the fresh new things I Am doing.  You will know the moves of the enemy, yes because so many false prophets have gone out into the world, so many "false men and women of God", declaring things that I never declared, never gave to them to say.  Mixing their own vain thoughts with My Word saith the Lord, intermingling between the truth, it is hard for those who do not walk in the discernment by My Spirit to understand the move that I Am doing, and be confused by the deceptive moves of the enemy.  But because you have sought Me in the secret place, in the secret times, I shall begin to reveal and uncover those hidden things, those truths, those steps, those insights, the wisdom to the next level, for this is My people that have culminated together.  Warrior class people that are ready to go into the next level to do warfare against the enemy but not only against the enemy, but to decree and declare those things in their lives that I have already given them.  They shall begin to open their arms wide and receive blessings, I have said over and over again that I Am giving you tokens.  I say to you open your eyes and see that your fields are full of tokens of My goodness and My faithfulness to you, says the Lord.  You will rejoice and celebrate like a child!
For this is the time says the Lord, although the world may be entering into difficulties, my children shall enter in to a season of jubilee because they have worked, yes I say, worked in the Spirit.  For I have said, "labor to enter into that rest", and you have done just that.  Now lay back, I know for some of you this is difficult for you have been laboring all your life, but now I say lay back in My arms.  I Am faithful, I Am trustworthy, I Am dependable and I will cause every chain, yes, those chains that you have tried for years to break off of your mind and heart.  Those things that hindered your walk with Me, where you could not see the vision, the things that I told you would come to pass in your life.  You will begin to see because those things will begin to fall off of your eyes and ears, and the scales will move away and you will see and understand the simple things that I have told you to do, are the dynamic things of the kingdom that will open doors and move mountains.  Yes, this is our season to rejoice.  So My children, lift up your head like never before and give Me all glory and all praise for I have come to fulfill the promises, believe like a child again.

"Therefore thus saith the Lord, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth.." (Jer. 15:19)
"Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away, concerning faith have made shipwreck;" (1 Tim. 1:19)
"For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief." (Heb. 4:10-11)

Good morning,
Today I would like to come from a place in my heart, the scripture says that, "Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life." (Pro. 13:12) Here is a verse that I struggle with when I read it and I have tried to make it more than what it means, but even in our language of today, I believe we get this.  All of us have experienced this at one time or another in our lives, you have prayed for something in your life and believed with all of your heart for it to happen and it doesn't come.  It may have been for healing in your body, salvation for a loved one, financial prosperity, deliverance for you or a loved one, I could go on, but I know you understand.  Let us see if the Old Testament of the Bible means what we think it means.  Hope in the Strong's Concordance means; expectation.  Let's see what it means in the Webster's Dictionary; "to want something to happen or be true and think that it could happen or be true, to desire with expectation of obtainment.  I think I could easily say that all of us have an anticipation in our hearts that when we pray or ask our Father for something that we expect to obtain it.  That is easy to understand.  All of us hope.  Then what does deferred mean?  Deferred means to be drawn out, to be postponed, to be prolonged, to drag or continue on; that is the Strong's definition.  Let us look into our Webster's dictionary.  Deferred means withheld for or until a stated time, to put off, to delay, to postpone until a later time.  Maketh or make is still the same too in both definition, it means to cause to happen to or be experienced by someone;to bring into being by forming, shaping, or altering, to lay out or construct.  So in any language to have our hope, [our expectation, our wanting something to happen and be true], even our believing for it, when it is deferred, [or, put off, prolonged, dragged on, or withheld until further notice] can make [cause, form, shape, lay out or construct] our hearts to be sick.  That brings me to the word sick, I skipped heart because we all know what that means, but I will throw it in here, so that we have the complete picture; heart means our inner being, our will, emotions or our feelings, our thought, our passions, and our mind.  This part of us becomes sick.  Sick means to be or become weak, be or become sick, be or become diseased, be or become grieved, be or become sorry.  As Christians, even the most powerful one has experienced this in their walk with God, so don't feel that you are not worth the blood that was shed for you.  The wisest man that ever lived was instructed by our Father, God to place this right in our Bible.  It can and does happen, even if some never tell you about their times.  But, I have lived long enough to know if I keep my eyes on the thing that I was expecting to happen, that has been deferred, for whatever reason, I will get weaker and weaker.  So we all must learn to shift our hope and focus on something other than the desired thing, when we become weak, grieved, or tired.  David knew what to do and it is placed in scripture for us by them.  I will close with these two verses.
"For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God."  "And now, Lord, what wait I for? my hope is in thee"
"Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God."  "For thou art my hope, O Lord God thou art my trust from my youth."  "Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word". (Ps. 38:15; 39:7; 42:5; 71:5: 119:81) Let us follow his example, let us put our expectation, our hope in God and in His Word, shift our focus from the desired thing or what we want to obtain and place our hope on the greatest desire, our Father, then we will have the Tree of life!

Good morning,

There is a lot of teaching about the grace of God going on, some is a little twisted, just enough to lead some astray.  God has always helped me to understand that His grace is sufficient or enough to meet the need of any situation that I may face in my walk with Him.  One of the most powerful definitions of His grace is found in the Strong's Concordance of the "Greek" word, "grace", it says; the merciful kindness by which God, exerting his holy influence upon souls, turns them to Christ, keeps them, strengthens them, and increases them in faith, knowledge, affection, and kindles them to the exercise of the Christian virtues.  That is the power and ability of God upon our inability enabling us to do the Word of God.  It reminds me of the verse that says; "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me." (Phil. 4:13) Thank God, that we have His grace on our lives, or we would be slaves to sin.  Here is a prophetic word that was given to us in one of our services.
My grace is sufficient and what I Am saying to you is that I have given you all power, all authority and it lies within My grace.  It is sufficient for everything that comes in your life.  It is sufficient for the good times to carry you through so that you never forget your God.  It is sufficient for the difficult and the tough times to hold you high so that you do not succumb to the trials and the tests of this world, but always rise above.  It is sufficient to keep you no matter what you are going through, it is sufficient to keep your heart soft and tender and easy to be directed by My Spirit.  It is sufficient enough to keep your mind stayed upon Me.  The grace that I have given you is sufficient, it is My power and ability that I give to My people, My children so that you can walk and live and demonstrate this life as Kingdom children, as the holy children of the most high God and everything that you do and everything that you say is in demonstration of the power of your Father.  For you are my representatives, you are the one who represents My Kingdom, and so I have anointed you with enough grace to carry you through no matter what you face.  The grace of God, the grace of your father, My grace is sufficient for your life.
"By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God." (Rom. 5:2)
"But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me." (1 Corin. 15:10)
"And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:  (2 Corin. 9:8)

Good morning,
I desire to be an instrument led by My Father in all that I say and do, as I know that you do too.  There is a "word" that was given that I know it is the right time to share it.  Some prophetic words  that God gave to us a while ago, Father warned us to be "discerning" about what we hear or go after.  A message that was close to truth but was intermingled with lies.  "The priests shall teach My people the difference between the holy and the common or profane, and cause them to distinguish between the unclean and the clean." (Eze. 44:23)  That should be the calling of all of the priests of God today.  But at the same time the people of God have a responsibility also; "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Tim. 2:15)  I approach this "fearing God", and not man. "Therefore thus saith the Lord, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth…" (Jer. 15:19)
     A friend of mine shared a "prophetic dream", it was a canister that was placed in a great body of water and then it burst open and polluted the body of water.  Here is the simple interpretation that the Father spoke to me;
The canister is a contaminate and it is a '"message" that will go forth from those who have been My ministers.  This "message" will contaminate and pollute My Body and weaken them, causing many to fall because it will be a little truth mixed with lies from the wicked one who is the one that planted the canister.  This is why I warned My children to operate from a place of discernment when it comes to gathering to yourself "teachers" because you are itching for something new.  Yes, there will always be a desire for more of Me, which I have given to you, but I also told you truth is line upon line.  My Word that I give to you is easily understood, it takes a great deception to twist My truth and cause My little ones to believe a lie.  Stay on target with My Word right now.  It will not fail you, study to show yourself approved, so that you are not found to be ashamed!  Now hear My heart, those who have followed Me from a pure heart and have been led astray by this canister of deception and polluted lies, I will save and preserve.  Some will be preserved in a way that I have used over and over again in my Word to preserve their souls from hell.  Those of you who have not developed itching ears will be kept to keep My children on the straight and narrow pathway that leads to Me and the Kingdom.  Stay true to My word and My teachings and cooperate with precious Holy Spirit, for He will lead you and guide you into all truth.  Keep your eyes on Me, I Am the Way and the Truth.  Do not let impurities pollute your heart, eyes, or ears from My Truth!  You who are led by My Spirit will recognize the canister of contaminate, do not swallow it into your heart.  I will save you and keep you against that day.
"For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear." (2 Tim. 4:3)
"But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come." (John 16:13)
"And this is why I am suffering as I do. Still I am not ashamed, for I know (perceive, have knowledge of, and am acquainted with) Him Whom I have believed (adhered to and trusted in and relied on), and I am [positively] persuaded that He is able to guard and keep that which has been entrusted to me and which I have committed [to Him] until that day. (2 Tim. 1:12)

Good morning,
At Hesed Ministries we are calling forth the supernatural in our own
personal lives as well as we come together to worship.  We recognize the
need for revival, for many of us have come through a season of tedious
trials.  Tedious just means tiresome because of length.  So we have asked for a revival in our lives and most of us are experiencing a fresh wind of the Spirit blowing upon us.  Revival
is a restoration to use, activity, acceptance, or vigor after a period
of quiet, or obscurity.  A time of turning to life and vitality; to
resuscitate; to restore the effectiveness of and from being discouraged,
faint,, or even from death.  Does
it sound like something you
need?  Last time we talked about this, we understood that in order for
this to happen we had to begin to change our inflection (our cry, our
voice) which comes from a place of being desperate.  Desperation
which arise from extreme need or pressure of circumstances; and when we
face the worst with resolution.  Resolution which means making a complex
notion into a simpler one; it means reducing formulas.  Sometimes
we as Christians make the Word of God too complex for anyone to follow.  Quite often we have too many formulas to follow, we have to pray three
times a day, confess two pages of scriptures, memorize half the Old and
New Testament, etc., etc.,. God wants us to be revived!  The scripture
says; “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead?  Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a
scorpion?  If
you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your
children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit
to those who ask him!” (Luke 11:11-13)  “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. (Mtt. 7:7) Let's look at another ending of a verse; Romans 4:17… God, who quickens the dead and calls those things which be not as though they were.  Quicken
means to make alive, to revive; to cause to burn more brightly or more
intensely; to hasten and accelerate; to kindle the renewal of life.  Are
you ready to accelerate?  I am,
and I want to burn and shine more brightly.  So we must declare and
decree that and we can begin to partake of that in our lives.  Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.  Remember Job 22:28 We will be revived and quickened once again, it is an ongoing process as we grow from glory to glory.
"Oh, that You would rend the heavens and that You would come down, that the mountains might quake and
flow down at Your presence— As when fire kindles the brushwood and the
fire causes the waters to boil—to make Your name known to Your
adversaries, that the nations may tremble at Your presence! When You
did terrible things which we did not expect, You came down; the
mountains quaked at Your presence. For from of old no one has heard nor
perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides You, Who works and shows Himself active on behalf of him who [earnestly] waits for Him."
( Is. 64:1-4) As an African evangelist once said we need a PHD, which means Praying Heaven Down!  The King James version says, "what he hath prepared for him that waiteth on him."  Prepared means fashioned; produces and does; works and acts with effect; appointed and ordained to bring about with signs; arrange things in readiness.  See, our Father wants to act with effects and to bring about signs, the supernatural!  We have been waiting on Him.  Waiting means to long for; to
tarry for and remain in readiness and expectation; to remain hopeful and expectant while looking forward.
Let us decree a revival and it shall be established [to rise up, stand up; come on the scene; to become powerful].
Get ready to rise up as the supernatural revival comes on the scene and
you become more powerful as you have been appointed and ordained to be!

Love,

Pastor D.

Good morning,
     "Do
not therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a
great and glorious compensation of reward." (Heb. 10:35) We must stay on target and keep our eye on the prize!
One little distraction, even the distractions that
try to keep you from getting into that secret place, can seem insurmountable.  So
how much more, every day living with its cares, worries and
frustrations and then the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eye and
the pride of life that interferes and obstructs you from getting into
the secret place that I have ordained for you to be in, where I have
called you to walk in.  It is not just for set aside moments of worship, but to live there as a lifestyle of worship and that is what I Am
calling you to.  Rise to the place where you abandon all thought processes that pull you back to the ways of this world, to
the thoughts of what’s going on and I’m calling you higher so that means you have to abandon your dependence upon the flesh.  Which means the things that keep you earthly, the cares of this world which
are bound in your flesh and in your emotions and how you feel and how you think.  I
Am calling you to go beyond your feelings, go beyond your thoughts,
and keep your mind renewed with My Word and begin to do exactly what I
Am saying regardless of what you feel like, or what you think and then
you’ll find yourself in that secret place, protected by Me no matter
what is going on in the world or in your life, you will find yourself
inaccessible to the darts of the wicked one.  In the midst
of that you can hear My voice clearly, see nothing will keep you from
hearing Me when you find that secret place and you never abandon it.
     "For
in the day of trouble He will hide me in His shelter; in the secret
place of His tent will he hide me; he will set me high upon a rock." (Ps. 27:5)
"Therefore, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit." (Rom. 8:1)
     "Do
not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted
to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed
(changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and
its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the
good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]." (Rom. 12:1)

 Good morning,
"After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us
up, and we shall live in his sight.  Then shall we know, if we follow on
to know the Lord:
his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us
as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth." (Hosea
6:2-3) God has
promised to revive us, but we must awaken and arise from the slumber of
circumstances and troubles.  Usually it is because we have too many
other "loves" that have our attention and our affection.  But when our
inflection changes and we cry out loud for God to revive us from a place
of desperation, God will come as the former and latter rain.  God will not share us with other loves, or idols, can't you hear these
verses ringing in your heart; "You shall have no other gods before me." (Exodus 20:3);  "Do not worship any other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God." (Exodus 34:14).  He is raising us up from depression or discouragement to revive – to
restore us to life, to action, to vitality, [to raise from a state of
neglect or disuse] to bring us back, to make us valid, operative and
flourishing.  The former rains represent the winter showers and
the latter rains represent the heavy downpour of rain that brings the
crop to maturity, the spring rains.  We are about to experience a
torrential downpour in our lives, but it will be upon those who have
humbled themselves and cried out for a revival and choose to be awaken!  God desires for everyone who names the name of Christ to receive His
best, but first there must be a willing heart.  "If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:" (Isa. 1:19)
Our Father God will not force you to His highest plan and good for your
life, you must have a desire to yield.  He wants willing lovers.  Those
who are humble, willing, and obedient will partake of the torrential
downpour.  The choice is yours but I would like to provoke you to change
your infection and cry for more of God.  Provoke means to stir to a desired feeling or action; to move deeply; to arouse your
zeal; to summon and call forth an emotion and or action; to stir up on purpose; to fire up; to impassion; to build a fire under.  One
of the biggest hindrance to us experience the next level of revival is "pride" a resistance to letting God do whatever He needs or want to do
in order to raise us up.  Never must we be found resisting God's hand
upon our lives.  "Ye stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye." (Acts 7:51)  "But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble." (James 4:6) We need more grace, God's divine ability over and upon our own ability, So, don't be hard hearted and
stiff-necked people, humility
invites God into your affairs!  Be like the early saints who didn't
resist God in receiving the Holy Ghost, they were willing and they
received the grace of the Holy Spirit.  Read Acts 19:1-6, they
were believers who had not heard of the Holy Spirit and speaking in
other tongues yet.  They could have resisted God and the next level by
staying full of pride, thinking they knew it all or had it all, but the
scripture says that they received the Holy Spirit,
spoke in tongues, and prophesied.  There is so much more of God and we
need to remain teachable, humble, willing and obedient, if we expect to
eat the good of the land that God has for us.
Listen to this; "Who among you fears the Lord and obeys the word of his servant?  Let the one who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name of the Lord and rely on their God." (Is. 50:10) If
you obey God and His servant, darkness and trouble will come, but if
you stay yielded and trusting in God's willingness to revive you, He
will give you the former and latter rain.  "Though I
walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch
forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand
shall save me." (Ps. 138:7) Those
are promises that we can rely on as we believe for revival, but we
don't want to be found resisting his aid and assistance and trying to do
it on our own.  "Behold, all ye that kindle a
fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: walk in the light of
your fire, and in the sparks that ye have kindled.  This shall ye have of
mine hand; ye shall
lie down in sorrow." (Isa. 50:11) I pray as I
provoke you that you will humble yourself under God's mighty hand, cry
out loud for revival, and don't let pride, which is being stiffnecked
and hard hearted keep you from receiving the next great level of grace.  Pride will cause you to walk in a deceptive fire and it will cause you
to lie down in sorrow!  Join us as we humble ourselves and cry out for
revival.

Ears to Hear/Hearts to Obey

Good morning,
We are crying out for more of the glory of God!  God has been speaking
to us, but we desire to hear Him more clearer.  We want more!  Awaken us from the place where circumstances have brought us to and revive us!  "Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?" (Psalms 85:6)  Revive
means a restoration to use, acceptance, activity, or vigor after a
period of obscurity or quiet.  A time of renewing or an instance of
returning
to life and vitality.  A renewal of commitment [to God]; to
resuscitate; to restore the effectiveness of and from discouragement,
faintness, and death.  No
matter how long or short the time that we have served and loved our
God, there should be a desire to be revived.  God spoke to us about an
inflection point and the change that was coming there.  Inflection means a change or a variation of pitch; a modulation of the
voice in the loudness; a change from a monotone to a louder tone.  I
know that our Father is requiring us to long for Him and cry out for
Him from a heart filled with passion and burning for Him.  As we cry out
louder from a heart of longing we then bring ourselves to a place where
we are ripe for revival and an awakening.  Whereby we create the
environment for the supernatural power of God!  Here is a picture of the
heart of longing and a change in inflection for the love of
their life.  "In
the night I dreamed that I sought the one whom I love.  [She said] I
looked for him but could not find him.  So I decided to go out into the
city, into the streets and broad ways [which are so confusing to a
country girl], and seek him whom my soul loves.  I sought him, but I
could not find him.  The watchmen who
go about the city found me, to whom I said, Have you seen him whom my
soul loves?  I had gone but a little way past them when I found him whom
my soul loves.  I held him and would not let him go until I had brought
him into my mother’s house, and into the chamber of her who conceived
me.  I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, by the gazelles or by the
hinds of the field that you stir not up nor awaken love until it
pleases." (S.O.S. 3:1-5)  This is where our hearts should be now, searching and seeking our Love.  It is time
to awaken love.  Awaken
is to arouse or it is to quicken; the act of awakening from sleep; a
revival of interest or attention, a recognition, realization, or coming
into awareness of something [God].  We
are at this critical place, the point of a new inflection, the need
for the Body of Christ to cry out aloud for more, to arouse ourselves
and become more vigorous towards God.  He is bringing us out of the place
of obscurity to revive us.  As we are revived, our joy in our salvation
will increase.  It is time to awaken and be revived.  "Besides
this you know what [a critical] hour this is, how it is high time now
for you to wake up out of your sleep (rouse to reality).  For salvation
(final deliverance) is nearer to us now than when we first believed
(adhered to, trusted in, and relied on Christ, the Messiah).  The night
is far gone and the day is almost here.  Let us then
drop (fling away) the works and deeds of darkness and put on the [full] armor of light." (Rom. 13:11-12) Calling
all of true lovers of God to awaken and be revived to God.  We must stir
up our love for Him, while letting all other "loves" of our lives that
occupy our time, energy, thoughts, and our love to fade away as our
desire for our Lord rises higher and higher.  Do not allow these other
lovers to gain any more of your attention.  Cry out loud for more!

Love,

Pastor D.
